President's Cup 2015-2016

Regulations
The President's Cup is a knockout competition open to all teams playing in the TSL and TCL. All rounds consist of a single game, except the semi-finals that are played over two legs. The winner of each round progress to the next round. If a match is a draw after regulation time, 15x15 minutes of extra time will be played. If teams are still drawn, a shootout competition will follow. The President's Cup is a separate competition. Yellow card bans do not carry over from the leagues. Red card bans do carry over.

Format
Round 1
Eight TCL B teams are drawn against eight TCL A teams, with the TCL B teams playing at home. Eight winners progress to Round 2.

Round 2
Eight winners from Round 1 are drawn against eight TSL teams, with the winners in Round 1 playing at home. Eight winners progress to Quarter-Final.

Quarter-Final
Free draw between the eight winners of Round 2. Team that did not play at home in Round 2 will play at home in the Quarter-Final. If such a team is drawn against another team that did not play at home in Round 2, the team drawn first will play at home. Four winners progress to the Semi-Final.

Semi-Final
Played over two legs. Free draw between the winners of the Quarter-Final. Team drawn first plays at home in the first leg. Team drawn second plays at home in the second leg. The away goals rule apply. Two winners progress to the Final. Losing teams in the Semi-Finals are ranked according to their overall results in the President's Cup.

Final
Neutral venue, national stadium of Talenore. Teams split the proceeds from this game evenly. Winner is named cup champion and qualifies for the EMUFA Cup. Loser qualifies for the EMUFA Cup if the winner is already qualified for the Champions League. If the winner is qualified for the EMUFA Cup via the TSL, the cup spot in the EMUFA Cup is awarded according to position in the Super Cup, or the TSL, depending on number of teams already qualified.
