The Imperial Crown of Valtia is the Imperial Crown of the High Realm of Stormark. The founder of the Princely City of Avaldsnes is also the High King of Stormark and He has granted Avaldsnes the right to use the aforesaid crown in its coat of arms to symbolize the connection between him and the city he founded.

The Compartment is a green field strewn with red roses.
Since times ancient beyond the memory of woman red roses have been associated with the Goddess Freyja. The green field represents the fertile lands which surround the Princely City of Avaldsnes.
The Collar
The collar is the collar of the Most Treasured Imperial House Order of Heidr, which is the House Order for the Imperial Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu which is the Dynasty where the founder of Avaldsnes is the Head of. Heidris one of the numerous names of the Goddess Freyja.
The Motto Scroll
On the white motto scroll is written with blue letters the motto of the Princely City of Avaldsnes: Við byggja denne by på Forn Siðr, which means "We build this city on the Ancient Ways" in Froyalanish.
The white symbolizes purity and the blue represents the status of Freyja as a Sacred Queen of the Ancient Ways.
