Sure!
Quarters
The first quarter is the Goddess Elwynn dominating the world.
The second quarter is a brown bear, which is associated with Mishalan.
The third quarter harkens back to the original Anglo-French medieval theme of the Amokolian province of Mishalan.
The fourth quarter is a goose which is a symbol of Amokolia.
Supporters
The supporters represent the Steward of the Imperial Republic, Kyle Kylinn, by whose Imperial Decree Mishalan was reunited with the rest of Amokolia. The griffin is associated with the House of Waffel-Paine, the Imperial and Royal House Kyle Kylinn belongs to; the goat is an ancient symbol of Natopia, the country of which he was the Emperor Consort.
The colour red symbolizes action, confidence and courage, and alludes to the way Kyle Kylinn conducts his Imperial Stewardship. The colour blue alludes to the sacred River Elwynn.
Motto
The motto La Liberté de Vivre refers to the newfound freedom of the Mishalaners.
Compartment
The green alludes to the fertility of Mishalan's lands. The orchids are associated with the Goddess Elwynn; the roses represent the love Mishalaners have for their country.
Helmet, Cap of Maintenance, Mantling and Crowned Lion.
The helmet, the cap of maintenance and mantling symbolize the ancient Amokolian monarchy. The crowned lion represents the Ayreon-Kalirion Dynasty, the Imperial and Royal House which rules Elwynn.
