ON THE ELECTIONS FOR THE ROYAL PARLIAMENT OF 1636
By the Power vested in me by the White Orchid Throne, I, Fjǫrleif Llængjarla of the Houses of Ayreon-Kalirion and of the Descendants of Freyja, Princess of Elwynn, Princess of Anun, Imperial Chieftainess of Eidsivarike, Arvjarla of the Twenty-Six Jarldoms, Storjarla of Stormark, Lady Imperial on All Continents, Countess of Northshire, Countess of Arietta, Countess of Arietta, Countess of the Lady Esther Isles, Lady of the Holy Lakes, hereby enact the following policy:
Article 1: Writ of Election
In each Bailiwick of the Kingdom of Amokolia the Royal Writ is to be served to the Mayor of each locality commanding the organisation of elections.
Article 2: Allocation of Seats
The ninety-six seats allocated to the Kingdom of Amokolia in the Assembly of the Twelve Peoples for the Royal Parliament of 1636 shall be apportioned in accordance with the results of a vote conducted within two non-territorial constituencies, to wit: the Electors Temporal and the Electors Spiritual.
Article 3: The Electors Temporal
The Electors Temporal shall be composed of all members of the Elwynnese Residents and Visitors Group, save for the Electors Spiritual, provided always that voting with more than one forum account shall be prohibited. They shall elect sixty-four Assembly(wo)men.
Article 4: The Electors Spiritual
The Electors Spiritual shall be composed of the members of the Grand Mysterious Sisterhood which is known since ancient times as the Daughters of Elwynn. They shall elect thirty-six Assembly(wo)men.
Article 5: Number of Votes per Elector
Each Elector shall have seventy (100) votes to distribute amongst the Party Lists of Registered Political Parties of the Kingdom of Amokolia in zir constituency.
Article 6: Number of Votes per Elector
The Registered Political Parties of the Kingdom of Amokolia shall be laid down in the Schedule to this Policy.
Article 7: Voting Time
Electors may submit their vote between Izillare the 8th of Muulantooqu 1634 [2:00 PM, 25th of March / 5 Bilskirnir, CET] and Amnure the 7th of Kuspor 1635 [1.59 PM, 3rd of April / 14 Bilskirnir, CET].
