ACT OF TOLERATION

We Emperor Heinrich, recognizing the need felt by the population to have their say in the politics of our country. We decide to tolerate the constitution of our country as long as it is used in order to advance the righteous goals of our nations, like order and unity.

We shall not abolish it today and we shall listen with an open ear to the opinion of the people's representatives.
