Protection of Seeburg

In the daor 49 our ancestor Grand Duke Mordechai ben Erasmus ordered the establishment of the Seeburgian Military Order of Watervoort. Until this date, the people of Seeburg are grateful for the protection offered to them by the proud and mighty Jingdaoese navy. With the end of the Batavian Kingdom nearing, the people of Seeburg are once again seeking the help of the Jingdaoese Grand Empire to protect them. It is therefore that I declare that the Imperial Navy shall be ordered to protect the people of Seeburg against all enemies, and that I shall decide favorably on a petition to rejoin the Holy Grand Empire.
