[People's Assembly Bill] Flaventian Representation in the Lesser Frenzy

A BILL

To Provide for Flaventia's Representation in the Lesser Frenzy

WHEREAS the Frenzy has amended the Caprine Code to allow for a number of Representatives elected from each Demesne, and that Flaventia is entitled to elect 212 Representatives,

THEREFORE the People's Assembly submits the following Bill, to be reviewed by the other chambers of the Flaventian Legislature, and passed in the name of His Dynastic Highness, the Faro, that outlines a democratic and traditional system of electing Flaventian Represenatiaves to the Lesser Division of the Frenzy of the Bovic Empire.

1. Every Flaventian resident shall be automatically registered to vote upon their 18th birthday and may vote in every Flaventian and national election until they no longer primarily reside in Flaventia or die.

2. Each constituent Land of Flaventia shall elect a number of Representatives based on the population of that Land in proportion to the population of entire Dynastic Incarnation, therefore:

a. Ziegeland: 103 representatives
b. Tas Neemia: 88 representatives
c. Sororiya: 17 representatives
d. Alrodey: 4 representatives

3. Elections in each Land shall be conducted such that the Representatives are elected using a party preference vote from an at-large single Land constituency.

The Bill was passed by the People's Assembly, sent to the Congress of the Lands where it was voted on favorably. The Monarch declined to call the Kuhrat into session for religious review, and so the Bill was automatically passed to the Guardian Council where it was approved and passed into law.
