Friendship with Klaasiya Act 1673
An act to establish a friendly relationship with Klaasiya by providing support for the establishment of her democratic legislatures, and for connected purposes.

1. Definitions
a) A 'clerk' is an administrative servent of the Sämling tasked with advising members of the Sämling on procedure and business.

2. Mission to Klaasiya
a) A Mission consisting of 15 clerks shall be sent to the Confederate States of Klaasiya to offer support and advise for the establishment of the procedures and processes of all legislatures of the States and the Confederate Congress.
b) The Mission shall be discharged at a time chosen by the Prime Minister, or upon the request of the President of the Confederate States of Klaasiya.
c) All expenditures incurred by the Mission shall be, upon its termination, repaid to the Confederate States of Klaasiya by the government.

3. Method of selection of the clerks
a) Subject to the approval of the Ashing Sämling, there shall be 2 clerks sent from Ashing.
b) Subject to the approval of the Bergen Sämling, there shall be 2 clerks sent from Bergen.
c) Subject to the approval of the Fletchay Sämling, there shall be 2 clerks sent from Fletchay.
d) Subject to the approval of the Honsting Sämling, there shall be 2 clerks sent from Honsting.
e) Subject to the approval of the Seelandt Sämling, there shall be 2 clerks sent from Seelandt.
f) Subject to the approval of the Stormholt Sämling, there shall be 2 clerks sent from Stormholt.
g) Should the local Sämlings send 12 clerks in total, this Sämling shall send 3 clerks on the Mission. Should the local Sämlings send less than 12 clerks in total, this Sämling shall send as many clerks as are required to ensure the number of clerks required by the Mission is reached.

4. Enactment
a) This Act comes into force upon receipt of the Lord Lieutenant's sign-manual.
b) This Act shall be known as the Friendship with Klaasiya Act 1672.
c) This Act supersedes any previous act of the Sämling.
