Petition: Request for an Injunction

The Frenzy has just recently passed a Resolution which reads as follows:

A RESOLUTION of the FRENZY
for the DEFENCE of the PEOPLE and
the BOVIC EMPIRE of the NATOPIAN NATION



The command of all Natopian armed forces are placed under Lady Isabella Kalirion, Marshal of the Empire, who shall answer to the Chancellor and the Frenzy, until such time that the Frenzy resolves otherwise.

This Resolution, in Our humble opinion, may constitute various offences against the Caprine Code and Imperial Decrees, in particular:
1. Section Four of the Caprine Code
2. Imperial Decree ["Natopian Defense Force Action Authorisation"] from the 22nd Day of Cowtide 1651.

We respectfully request that this Court issues an Injunction to prevent the implementation of this Resolution.
