THE EMIRA OF SATHRATI AND THE MARCHIONESS OF ZY-RODUN

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.


ON THE COAT OF ARMS OF THE MARCHIONESS OF ZY-RODUN

We, Queen Noor bint Daniyal Umra Suleiman Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati af Ettlingar Freyu, Emira of Sathrati, Marchioness of Zy-Rodun, etc., do hereby decree and proclaim:

1. The coat of arms of the Marchioness in right of Zy-Rodun is, rendered and emblazoned thus:

• Quarterly, I and IV Cendrée a star of Vergina Or, II and III Gules a dragon rampant Argent eyed tongued and langued Bleu-Celeste impaling Bleu-Celeste two cicadas in fess Or winged Argent eyed and langued Vert the second to sinister; for a Crest, on a knight's helm Proper a marquess' coronet Proper, thereon a phoenix Purpure tongued Gules eyed and beaked Or crowned as a marquess rising from flames Gules and Or; Mantling Cendrée doubled Or. Motto “Zełe au ka rinei àvàvi”.

2. Only the Marchioness, or institutions acting on behalf of the Marchioness, may use the coat of arms. Failure to adhere to this rule shall result in such punishment as will be decided by the Marchioness.

3. The coat of arms may be used, upon the permission of the Marchioness, in an appropriately defaced form for the following classes and subclasses of persons (provided that each class has a separate defacement):

1. Former marquesses
   1. whosoever would have inherited the Marquessate upon the death of Prince Daniel, had Prince Daniel not been replaced by the imperial will by the incumbent Marchioness.
   2. Spouses of former marquesses
2. The heir-apparent
3. The heir-apparent’s eldest living child
4. The Seneschal
5. The March High Judge
6. The March Low Judge

And we do further declare that Our Decree shall take effect immediately.

In witness whereof We have caused this Decree to be made, which We have signed with Our Hand. Given the the seventh day of Qinam, in the Year of Norton, One Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty-Eight.
