Office of the Speaker of the Frenzy
Lords and Ladies of the Frenzy,
Whereas it is the 23rd Day of Novaber, the First Month of the Natopian Year, I do hereby call to order this Session of the Frenzy as is required by Section 2, clause 2.2 of the Caprine Code, acting in loco cancellarius as defined in Section 3, clause 4.4. All business from the Session of the Second Frenzy (1649) is resumed. All Representatives who are members of nationally recognized political parties must declare their party affiliation now as required by Section 29, clause 4.*
The Frenzy is now formally and officially operating under all procedures passed by the Second Frenzy.
