The Millaro Recycling Plant is a world leader in recycling technology. Connected by pipe to every house in Millaro, it processes all recyclable waste from the city. In the vast but efficient furnaces, glass, metal and plastic are melted down to be recycled; and it has whole rooms devoted to pulping paper, extracting the dyes and returning it as crisp white sheets. The most spectacular part of the plant, however, it is power sources. Half of its power is gained from solar energy, with the entire roof covered in solar panels. The other half is gained from burning the rubbish that is unable to be recycled. Only a small amount of chemicals and other dangerous waste is not dealt with by this plant.
