A smallish border town, Walla Wallup is more the regional centre for the vast sheep stations that frequent the somewhat arid region of West Nova, who are included within its population. To the east of the Barrier the land is much more lush, but to the west it's more bushland and scrub - grazing country, verging on desert. The citizens of Walla Wallup, and the surrounding region, are all solid farmer types, who know how to hand the sometimes harsh or drought stricken West Novan climate. Their sheep stations, which often have over 10 000 sheep on them, are a source of wool and clothing for most of the nations in that region.
