Birgeshir 2-0 Valencia
23' - Æ. Chanojk
79' - Ç. Tahir

The final match of Group A saw Birgeshir gain their first and only victory of the tournament as they went home in winning ways, comfortably beating a Valencian side that will go through to the play-off round.

With Valencia still in with a chance of topping the group going in to the last pair of games, albeit needing a six-goal win and a Tellian slip-up combination, Birgeshir came to Eĵars bottom of the group looking to spare their blushes with a position result on their way out. The two teams' priorities were clear from the start; Birgeshir wanted their consolation and Valencia weren't confident of leapfrogging either Craitland or Tellia. The narrow Birgesh formation had shown previous signs of weakness, but the top trio of strikers was too dominant for Valencia's less experienced back three. Within the first quarter of an hour, Birgeshir had forced Daniel Palazio into two high-quality saves as well as having a goal ruled-out. Bebi Bælhara's corner was headed across goal by Tёvrat Çıkthan, from which it fell to Ra-to-men Mahırojk at the back post, but the forward's instinctive flick over the line was adjudged to have come from an offside position and failed to stand, while both Çıkthan and Nofre-Ka-U Pabasojk were denied by Palazio's strong right hand in the following minutes. Birgeshir's continued work forward awarded them not long after, however, with Palazio helpless for the first time as Amentuankh Yılmaz's pull back was fired powerfully into the net by Ætaňur Chanojk from the "D" at the midpoint of the half. Birgeshir continued to pile forward after taking the lead, but were met with a more resilient Valencian defence than the opening quarter of the game, and ended a number of moves with poorly-executed shots from distance that flew wide of the target. Valencia were notably improving as half time approached, with Santiago Javier their biggest danger, but Iu-Senb Ercanojk was equal to the efforts of Horatio Gonzáles-Hernán and Denis in the run-up to the interval.

Two substitutions were made at the break - one apiece - with Valencia's Vincent Llieda on for Denis and Çengiz Tahir giving Mahırojk a rest for Birgeshir. Valencia began the second 45 in a closer vein to the closing stages than the opening ones of the first, with a couple of shots registered from newcomer Llieda before Birgeshir could find their footing again. Despite playing better, Valencia did not look likely to equalise as Birgeshir were calm at the back. Before the hour, Chanojk tried his luck from a similar distance as his opening goal, but was denied by the base of the post as hit effort sliced through two defenders. The midfielder was involved when a second was deservedly scored by Birgeshir, as he wound-up down the left side to chip in a cross that found Çengiz Tahir open for a guided header across Palazio and into the opposite corner by means of a bounce. The final few minutes were submitted to a passing display from Valencia which fell flat on its potential as the full-time whistle blew with Francesc Hernández in possession just outside the box. Regardless, Valencia's future was sealed already, and their advancement as third place is now secured. Birgeshir, on the other hand, are now no longer needed in Craitland as must face disappointment at finishing bottom of the group, despite this win, following Gotzborg's surprise win over Tellia.

Juclandia 1-3 Senya
26' - S. Vuk
36' - A. Danetskë
69' - A. Danetskë
77' - A. Danetskë

Alesandrœ Danetskë scored the first hattrick of the tournament to turn the game around for the Senyans after they had gone behind to Juclandia, and guarantee their place in the knock-out rounds once more.

Coming into the match, Juclandia were in need of a massive victory over a considerably higher-ranked Senyan side to stand any chance of reaching the play-off round, while the "Green Army" weren't entirely through but could still have advanced even if they'd lost, presuming the other result benefited them. Senya were arguably complacent in the opening exchanges, with Juclandia's attacking triple threat troubling Jær Van Kotrisbond and Rödë Vankarlënœ. Goran Vuk's movement between the pair almost created his third of the tournament, but Sileman Bɏankarlënœ was too quick for the striker in smothering the ball to safety. The elder Vuk brother, Slobodan, did find an opening after around 25 minutes' action, as Goran's run into the box ended with a squared pass for Slobodan to tuck neatly away ahead of Van Kotrisbond. Juclandia's lead lasted ten minutes, during which time Senya stepped their game up with Barnaby Hands making penetrating runs down the left, and was cancelled-out by a good finish following a few errors. A long Sam Kimsin ball forward was controlled poorly by Danetskë and Harpier Ovi gained possession, but dwelled on the ball and was tackled back by Danetskë who shot immediately from outside the box. Stanislav Namașco, back starting in goal, saved the effort, but cushioned the ball outwards where Danetskë's continued run was headed, and the forward had little issue in side-footing just inside the right-hand post to level. While Goran Vuk made Bɏankarlënœ save a shot before the break, the scoreboard was not at risk of being changed as the break began.

Following half time, Senya showed increased dominance of the game, and were halted on their quest to take a lead on three notable occasions. Danetskë was denied a second with a strong shot from distance which Namașco tipped over the bar, while a point-blank save from Jan Maytek's header and a goal-line clearance by Ricardo Oviedo during a scramble kept the threats from corners at bay. Senya continued to wear down the Juclandian walls, with the Keltians' offence slowly becoming more obsolete, and made a breakthrough with just over twenty minutes to go. Hands' deployment down the left saw him beat young Mircea Besa easily before delivering a floated cross for Danetskë to use his head and direct the ball in - a carbon-copy of his opener against North Antarctica - as Namașco was caught unsure of whether to meet the cross or wait for the chance to save. Senya's taking of the lead added some more confidence to their side and, after Markœ Minyorletsken's wide shot, Danetskë put in his and the team's third. Minyorletsken and Ƨinkœ Zvet were effective on the right side, with the former taking the ball into the area past Sandro Luzardo before playing it across goal. With Namașco closing and Danetskë in prime position, the striker once again had a half-empty goal in which to poke home, which he did with aplomb. In the last ten minutes, Danetskë was replaced to a rapturous applause by Čerder Vosin, who himself could have added a late fourth, but his header from another Hands delivery could only skip off the outside of the post as it went wide of the mark. In all, Senya earned a second victory of this stage and their place in the next round as group runners-up, while Juclandia's first World Cup won't be the most memorable showing from a débuting team, but they have quietly impressed fans in their attempts to cut it with some of the "big boys" of the FMF.

Hamland 2-0 Flanders
29' - A. Miller
88' - A. Miller

Andrew Miller found his shooting boots for the first time this summer; hitting the brace that took Hamland out of their rut of consecutive draws and into the knock-out rounds for a sixth World Cup in a row.

Coming off the back of three successive 1-1 draws, Hamland knew that a win would see them through regardless of the Gerenia-Shireroth score, although continuing their drawing record could still have worked. Flanders, on the other hand had nothing but pride to play for having been defeated three times, already eliminated from contention and needing to beat heavyweights Hamland by two clear goals to even finish anywhere other than bottom of the group. Hamland were clearly not taking any chances in risking going home early and pelted Simon Baus' goal from the off. The Flemish stopper was needed to keep Benjamin Craig and Andrew Miller at bay as the strong Hammish midfield created a number of chances for their front two. Before Flanders could force any meaningful attacks of their own, Hamland had gone ahead thanks to Miller's first goal of the tournament, just before the half-hour. Ray Johnstone was unleashed down the right and put a low cross into the area just behind the defensive line, where Craig was waiting to perform a backheel to Miller, whose first-time shot was placed expertly into the bottom-right corner of the net. Hamland failed to rest on their laurels and continued to press for more, with Craig chipping just over the bar minutes later. Flanders' best chance fell in the final moments before the break; a clever move involving Valãorinho and Flandrão led to Omar Westerlo having a header scrambled round the post by a panicked Rodney MacLeod.

Flanders were more on-par with Hamland following half time, with some long-range shots being fired at goal from Jonny de Rhyn and Valãorinho, which worried MacLeod despite being ultimately off-target. Craig was Hamland's primary threat throughout the second 45, being too much for Ydel Bois to handle on numerous occasions, and was unlucky to not add a second goal with a shot after breaking through which flew agonisingly past the far post with Baus beaten. As the clocked continued to tick, Hamland's one-goal lead looked increasingly fragile as Flanders created more chances, especially given the continuing run of one-all draws. This culminated in arguably the main talking point of the match when, with just over five to go, Flanders were awarded a spot kick. Westerlo received the ball on the edge of the box and was taken down by Eddie Winters from behind; while unclear on whether the contact was made inside or outside of the area, the referee pointed for a penalty. Jonny de Rhyn stepped-up and leathered his shot into the centre of the crossbar as MacLeod went low, with the ball rebounding back out into play. Within minutes, Hamland had survived a very real danger of once again being all level to putting the game beyond doubt, as an Eric Heinhorn-led counter was finished by Miller for his second. Heinhorn charged into the Flemish half before putting the ball out to Jules Scott, who returned the favour to the Hammish captain twenty yard out. Heinhorn feinted to shoot, but delicately laid a side-footer through to Miller, who connected his run with a fine nick over Baus in a one-on-one to put the ball in the net. With barely any time remaining for Flanders to regain their positioning to help find a consolation, the match was ended with a first victory for Hamland this tournament, which was enough to seal their progression to the knock-out rounds and line-up a headline-making match against Senya in the process. Flanders will leave Craitland without a point to their name but also with the knowledge that, any other time, they could have had a few wins from their group opposition, and will look forward to next year's Copa Apollonia with fair hopes.
