A Decree of the Council of Arboria

The Minister of Security, on behalf of the Prince and the Council of Arboria hereby gives notice to the effect that:

1. We by Virtue of Our Most Serene Prerogative in that behalf and all other powers enabling Us so to do of Our special grace certain knowledge and mere motion by these Presents do grant Our Most Trusted and Noble Friend ISABELLA KALIRION as Marshal-in-Chief of the Demesne Defence Forces, second only to Us in the command of our armed forces;
2. We by Virtue of Our Most Serene Prerogative in that behalf and all other powers enabling Us so to do of Our special grace certain knowledge and mere motion by these Orders decree a that the Demesne Defence Forces are in a state of total mobilization, as well as all resources to meet the requirements of war.

A Rescript of the Council of Arboria

The Princess and the Council of Arboria hereby gives notice to the effect that:

1. We by Virtue of Our Most Serene Prerogative in that behalf and all other powers enabling Us so to do by this rescript ordain that the Reserve Force of the Demesne Defence Forces shall be re-designated as the Expeditionary Force and restored to its nominal established strength in anticipation of its deployment to secure the Demesne of Transegale on the continent of Tapfer.
