Consensus of Government

[Lord Erion]

Under section 16.1.2 of the Caprine Code a Consensus of Goverment is hereby established by the Residents of the Demesne of Arboria as follows:

(i) It is the consenus that a local government for Arboria is established;
(ii) It is the consensus that the local goverment be named the Council of Arboria;
(iii) It is the consensus that the Council of Arboria shall be administered by a Baron;
(iv) It is the consensus that, whenever practicable, the Council shall also comprise Councillors to be elected from the Residents;
(v) It is the consensus that, in the event of no Councillors having been elected, the Baron shall administer the Council by decree;
(vi) It is the consensus that the first Baron shall be Lord Erion.
