Office of the Speaker of the Frenzy
Lords and Ladies of the Frenzy,
Whereas it is Novaber, in the First Month of the Natopian Year, I do hereby call to order this Session of the Frenzy as is required by Section 2, clause 2.2 of the Caprine Code, acting in loco cancellarius as defined in Section 3, clause 4.4. All business from the Fourth Session of the Frenzy (1651) is resumed. All Representatives who are members of nationally recognized political parties must declare their party affiliation now as required by Section 29, clause 4.*
