Royal Decree of somewhere in 1651

THE COUNTESS OF CIMMERIA AND ILLUMINATION


We, King Vilhjalm of Elwynn, hereby name Eki Verion as the Countess of the County of Cimmeria and Illumination. As those reading this decree will notice, the county's name has also been slightly changed, so that's that.

The aforementioned (haha) county will henceforth always be ruled by a member of the house of Verion, and Her Highness the Countess will name an heir when the time is right.

So be it.
