Dear Minister,

Please make contact with your counterpart in the Kingdom of Craitland and ascertain from the aforesaid, with the utmost respect and deference accorded to the the sovereignty, territorial integrity and legal jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Craitland, whether:

1. The Langeways Facility in New Vaduz might be more effectively regulated so as to limit the publication of bizarre prognostications by its sole permanent resident;
2. If it is not possible to implement a new regime of regulation at the Langeways Facility, whether it might not be possible to close the establishment and release its sole permanent resident back into his native environment;
3. If it is not possible to implement the closure of the aforesaid establishment and the expulsion of its sole permanent resident, whether the Kingdom of Craitland might acquiesce, under these limited circumstances, to an air strike conducted by the Imperial Shirerithian Air Forces for the purpose of removing the resident of the Langeways Facility from his present condition in a more satisfactorily permanent fashion.

If the Kingdom of Craitland is amenable to any of these suggestions, please ascertain what, if any, recompense would be required from the Imperial Government for the inconvenience occasioned thereby.

Please stress that there is no negative consequence to declining the options outlined. We merely wish to improve the condition of humanity on this planet by removing one individual from amongst its number.
