New here? Here are some places you can go to make sense of what's going on, and find out more about what you can do here. At the bottom are ways to find out about happenings all over the Micronational world.

1. FAQ page. Good overview of the nation.

2. Guide to the Forums. Useful, and worth a glance.

3. ShireWiki. Start poking around and you'll find stuff like:
3.1 The Charter. Like a Constitution, but with a different name (and much shorter).
3.2 Procedures of the Landsraad. You might want to read this before proposing legislation.
3.3 The Lawbook. Want to do something you're not sure is legal? Check it out.
3.4 Guide to Cedrism. As with everything else in this country, the religion is a flavor all our own. This one is Cerdism, but there are others as well.

4. "The Ages of Shireroth" is a (relatively) short history of the backstory of Shireroth. The first and second parts are here, and the third section is here.

5. If all else fails, ask someone. Most of the important AIM handles are provided on the FAQ (see above).

Noble Kaiser, I assume Ryker was issuing forth an industrious, dwarven 'casual' whistle. Labour practices in Suthergold are indeed ancient and make continuing employment contingent on same happy and satisfied workers to expressing their joy at being in work by singing, whistling etc. contentedly. Seen here in the context of mineral extraction:



This footage was in fact smuggled across the Elwynn from Kingsgate to Shirekeep by ship by a civil liberties group based in the imperial capital. However, I don't see why, as I believe in fact it's rather nice, and I shall be proposing it for implementation in Mar Sara at the next comital meeting.
