Concerning the Administration of Arboria.
[Executive Order Number One (1)]

1. In accordance with Section 16.4 of the Caprine Code, the Ministry of Security hereby takes responsibility for the administration of the Principality of Arboria on grounds of the manifest failure of ongoing government in the Demesne of Arboria subsequent to 1638 AN and the Demesne of New Aquitane subsequent to 1640 AN.
2. His Imperial Highness Erion of Waffel-Paine may retain the title and dignity of Prince of Arboria as well as the title and dignity of Duke of New Aquitane.
3. In relation to the Government, the Administration of the Principality of Arboria, its bodies, entities, entities and dependent public business sector, the Minister of Security assumes the functions and competences that correspond to the Prince of Arboria, foreseen in the Caprine Code, as of 2 Friedeber, as well as those of the Consensus, the Government, and of any other autonomous public bodies established within the Principality.
4. The Arboreal Volunteers will report directly to the Ministry of Security.
5. The Minister of Security may, at the Minister's own discretion, make appointments and establishments, provided that they are necessary and conducive to the public good of the Principality and the Bovic Empire.
6. The Minister of Security may, at the Minister's own discretion, promulgate articles and regulations pertaining to any and all aspects of public life in the Principality, provided that they are necessary and conducive to the public good of the Principality and the Bovic Empire.
7. In this context what is deemed necessary and conducive to the public good of the Principality and the Bovic Empire shall be as determined by the Minister of Security in correspondence with the Minister of Justice and the Imperial Chancellor.
