ROYAL DECREE (6543)

ON THE KHAN OF CAER LUM’RUUSH


Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.

We, NOOR AS SALAAM, QAISAR BANOOYE SATHRATIYE, SHAHBANOOYE ZARISTANE, etc., Hereby make known that:
  1. Whenever the Codex Aureus Regni mentions the “Khan”, it shall be refer to the Khan of Caer Lum’Ruush.
  2. In the event that the Khan is a minor, his powers shall be exercised by the Queen, or in her absence, such person that she may, from time to time, appoint as Chancellor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Royal Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given this ninth day of the third month in the year 1650 at the Keep of the Imperial Capital.
